Our Mission


Our primary mission revolves around spreading a communal attitude and response towards stopping deforestation and the rapid decline of bees.

We aim to educate people about the importance of the Honey bee and all pollinators, and their active role in consumer culture.

Sometimes less is more and it is time for us to take charge of this deepening ecological issue.

How we got started and what we are known for! Every grilled cheese purchased through Bees and Thank You helps us fight the decline of the Honey Bee. in 2020 we opened our first ever Bee Sanctuary - a huge step in helping to save the bees.

Seeds for the Bees


One of the biggest and easiest ways we can impact honey bees and all pollinators is by providing them with a more diverse and robust food source. Because of this, we will be expanding on our previous year’s initiative - In addition to giving out seed packets with every grilled cheese, to those who request them; we will also be sending them in the mail included in every online purchase. It is our hope, people will take control of their environment and there will continue to be an ever growing interest in honey bees and the plants they need to survive!

As our population continues to grow and our consumer culture becomes dependent on pesticide ridden, genetically modified perishables, our Bee population dramatically decreases
